Stronger Together - Medical Volunteer Project

I had the opportunity to attend the first medical clinic with 4North Project. It was an amazing week! Everything from the clinic to the guest house to the pools, rooftop bar, adventures, and resort was truly amazing. The medical clinic was a huge success and ran so smoothly. It really reminded me why I wanted to be a nurse. The strangers I met on this trip turned into friends and everyone was so welcoming. This week was a very nice mix of work, play, and adventure. Thank you Matt for organizing such a trip, I can’t wait for the next one :)

Working the clinic with the 4North Project alongside Matt was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Matt is so giving and kind. Everybody on the trip was incredibly welcoming and nice. Being able to volunteer among like-minded people who had the same vision in mind was rewarding. There was a great balance of work and fun. Being able to celebrate the success of the clinic was a great way to end the trip. I am so excited to continue to join the 4North Project on future trips. With how successful the first clinic was, I know the future is bright for 4North Project and they will impact many lives.

So many good memories and good friends were made! It was wonderful to serve a truly needy population and see the joy it brought them. Would go again in a heart beat.

This trip was life changing! The people, the adventure, the work… it was all so very worth it!

This was an awesome trip with the good balance between work and play. I even could have done an extra day of clinic if there was a need in the Bani community. I absolutely loved getting to know other travelers with similar beliefs and drive for social justice and global health inequities. I would definitely recommend this for anyone interested in stepping outside their comfort zones.

A new family started here. You really come close with those who serve the community with you. The people, friends, and country will stay with you forever. Can’t wait to come back out here!

This was the most amazing week I could have ever asked for. My heart is so full, and I cannot wait to go back to Bani to continue to serve those in need. I have never felt so appreciated and loved on. I was able to truly reflect on how much we take for granted and how something so little to one person could mean the whole world to another. The amount of gratitude the people of Bani expressed to us for coming to their underserved communities is something I will hold onto and cherish forever.
